RE-Registration for 2024 are open now!!!! Registrations for current learners are open till 30 September 2023. Current learners that are still not registerd for 2023 must please make arrangements with the finance office.

         Learner Registration 2024

  • Parents will receive registration envelopes before end of May 2023 with registration forms and debit order forms inside.

 

            Important points to remember:

 

  • Registration fee will be R850 for 2024, that includes a homework book and January 2024 school fees.
  • Parents must make sure to fill in all pages of registration forms and sign where needed.
  • Parents must make own copies of below document and include with the form that you will send back to the office:
  • Copy of child’s birth certificate
  • ID copies of both parent or guardians 
  • Proof of residence (bank statement with physical address, municipality account, A proof of residence from the HR if you stay in mine accommodation, If you rent and you must get affidavit from the police station with your name and address, you rent)
  • Clinic card
  • Parents that work on Amandelbult or Norhtam Plats mine can complete a debit order form for 2024 school fees to be deducted from their salaries. If the school office did not include a debit order form in the envelope, please contact the school office we will make sure you receive one.  Debit orders can only be created on mine employee’s salaries no contractors.
  • Late debit order forms will not be accepted after December 2023.
  •  Current learner registrations will close 31 October 2023.
  • When registration fee is paid the form with all needed documents and proof of payment must be send back with the learner to school for the finance office to process your registration.
  • Parents please do not send in your registration forms if you did not pay registration fee. Complete forms can only be sent in if the registration fee is paid. Forms with no payment of registration fee will be send back to the parent.
  • Parents have 5 months’ time to save registration fee of R850 so please make sure to include this in your budget planning before closing date.
  • Parents are welcome to visit the finance office to make arrangements for registration fees.
  • Parents with existing arrangements with finance office and that did not keep the arrangement will not be allowed to register for 2024 if the balance of account is not paid in full.
  • Parents must make it a point to complete learner registration this year already to avoid long lines, frustrations and worries of space in January before the school starts.
  • If school fees and registration fees is paid, and accounts is not in arrears, registration process can be smooth without parents even visiting the school office. So, parents make sure to pay your school fees every month and budget for registration fees as you have 5 months’ time to do so.
  • All parents with approved and successful registrations will receive a letter form the finance office confirming proof of registration. If parents did not get a reply from the office and you are not sure, please phone us to confirm.
  • All application that is not completed will be send back to the parents.
